Neoprene Rubber Strips

|

Neoprene is one of the main varieties of synthetic rubber. As a genera-purpose special rubber. In addition to tho good physical properties of general rubber. it also has excellent properties such as weather resistant, oil resistance, fome retardancy and chemical corrosion resistant. Rubber hes a special place. It is a crystal line rubber with high polarity and has good comprehensive proporties and character ristics of polar rubber. Wdoly used in doors, windows, curtain wall sealing strips, hoses, tapes, wire sheating, cable sheathing, rubber roller.rubber sheet, gasket and various gaskets. etc., the actual use time is more than 30 years.

1. High mechanical properties: the tensile strength is larger, which is equivalent lo natural rubber, and the wear resistance in long-term use is often better than that of natural rubber.
2. Excellent flame retardarcy: the flame retardancy cf Neoprene rubber is tho best among general adhesives, and it has the characteristics of non spontaneous combustion. Contact with the fame can bum, but cut off the fame wil auto matcaly extinguish.
3. Excellent aging resistance (weather resistance, ozone resistance.heat resistance) the weathering and ozone res stance of Neoprene rubber are second only to EPDM and butyl rubber in general rubber, and far botter than natural rubber. The heat resistance is better than natural rubber and styrene butadiere rubber, and can be used for along hime at 150℃.
4. Good oil and soluble resistance.
5. Good adhesion. Neoprene rubber is widely used as adhesive.
6. It can only be used when the voltage is lower than 600V. is often used as the protective layer of low-voltage cable and the insulation layer of low-voltage wire.
